Ania Rodriguez is a the founder and CEO of Key Lime Interactive, the leading customer experience research firm who in 2010 conducted research for over 25 Fortune 500 clients. Key Lime Interactive specializes in unmoderated research, as well as eye tracking user research for both web and mobile/tablets. Ania personally has 13 years of experience consulting to C-level executives on the topics of UI Design, Usability and Online Marketing. She began her career at United Technologies, then spent 8 years at IBM Global Services, followed by a few years at Keynote Systems before founding Key LIme Interactive over 2 years ago. Ania holds a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon and her M.S. from University of Miami in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Human Factors. She frequently presents at conferences and online symposiums.
