Bryan Connally is an experienced Search Engine Marketer with extensive expertise across a wide variety of verticals, especially b2b tech and online retail.
Bryan joined Parallel Path in March of 2008 and has since managed a variety of initiatives for Parallel Path’s clients including: Paid Search Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Affiliate Marketing, Remarketing, and Analytics. This diverse background enables Mr. Connally to select from a variety of channels and technologies to ensure that clients are provided with the best mix of solutions for meeting their business goals. His most recent focus is on developing and implementing foundational SEO strategies that help clients to rank well over the long term even as their businesses continue to scale.

John Schoofs joined Parallel Path in December of 2010 and while he is a recent addition to the team, he is not new to Web Analytics. Prior to his employment with Parallel Path, John has helped organizations implement Web Analytics platforms such as Omniture Site Catalyst and Google Analytics. John is known for a data driven approach to helping organizations understand what is happening within their website and what they can do to improve it.
Mr. Schoofs’ background is concentrated within the home decor industry with employment at Bellacor.com and Murals Your Way. During his tenure at Bellacor.com he helped the organization migrate from a homegrown database-driven analytics solution over to Omniture Site Catalyst and establish reporting metrics. His work helped the organization broaden their test breadth while spending less time analyzing data. At Murals Your Way, he helped the organization grow traffic with organic and paid search marketing opportunities utilizing analytics to understand opportunities within the website.
A 2003 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, Schoofs holds a degree in Marketing with minors in Accounting & Information Science. He brings a developer’s viewpoint to every discussion, having run his own company helping businesses with analytics and site development. In his spare time, Mr. Schoofs love cycling, skiing and any other activity that takes him outdoors.
Janine Soika has over 18 years experience in Strategic and Business-to-Business Marketing, with over 10 years experience within Channel Marketing. Ms Soika has held numerous senior leadership Marketing positions within fortune 500 companies including IBM, Dow Jones Company, AXA Equitable, Wells Fargo Bank, and Arrow Electronics, as well as smaller organizations including Abacus – An Epsilon Company, and start up organizations. Most recently Ms. Soika was running and managing her own Marketing Consulting business called Marketing Strategies prior to joining Verio as the Marketing Leader for their Channel Partner Programs. As the Marketing Leader of Verio’s Channel Programs Ms. Soika manages all marketing responsibilities for growing and expanding Verio’s Partner Channel programs. Some of her most recent accomplishments in this new role include the development and launch of a new partner channel program, launch of a new private partner portal, identification of new channel market segments, development of new partner tools and co-branded collateral, and the launch of a new educational webinar series designed specifically for Verio’s channel partners.
