Social Learning in the Enterprise

We will discuss the problem first, and then possible solutions. For the problem we will rely heavily on the audience to provide anecdotal evidence and then craft a mission statement or mantra for companies that want to be learning aware. Then we will discuss solutions and an action plan for the aforementioned mantra/mission statement.
