Andy is the co-founder and VP of Products at Oortle, and has been a serial entrepreneur and advisor in the software and Internet industries. Before Oortle, Andy was the VP of Development and a founding team member of Mozes, a VC-backed mobile marketing company. Previously, Andy co-founded Stata Labs, a software company later acquired by Yahoo!, which launched Bloomba, the first desktop search-based email program, and SAproxy Pro, the anti-spam software ranked #1 by Consumer Reports in 2003. In 1999 Andy co-founded DealMaven, a quantitative analysis software company, which was acquired by FactSet. Before he began starting companies, Andy was a technical consultant with Oracle. He received his MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University, earning a BS in Electrical Engineering. When not immersed in his family or digital media, Andy is usually either playing ice hockey or drumming with various local bands.
