Raghu Raghavan

Raghu Raghavan founded Act-On Software with the aim of creating a Web 2.0 service for engaging with visitors, prospects and customers. His ideas got the attention of Cisco, which decided to invest in the company. Before this, he was one the two founders of Responsys, Inc., the top-rated (Gartner, Forrester) e-mail marketing service. Raghu has a PhD from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, and a Bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Bombay, India
