So, you want to make your product into something that people will love. How do you figure out what your users are doing and what to build next? Do you A/B test? Conduct user interviews? Run a survey? Brainstorm at a whiteboard? Come learn how to combine all these methods and more into a streamlined process for understanding what your users really want and delivering a product they will adore.

Many companies are struggling with the best way to get user feedback and incorporate it into their product decisions. Engineering teams often want more metrics while UX and product groups may favor qualitative user interviews or simply trusting the design team’s vision.

This session will help you figure out how to use both qualitative and quantitative methods to learn from users, generate great design ideas, and validate your product decisions.

Nice session. At times I felt the presenter was giving more of what she would do, rather than what would happen in the field, but it was still a good presentaiton.
