Web 2.0 Expo is pleased to offer afternoon shuttle service from the Javits Convention Center to participating hotels. Shuttles will run in 30min intervals on the following schedule:
Monday - Thursday, September 16 – 19, 3:00pm - 7:00pm

PLEASE NOTE: There are two routes servicing different hotels. Please be sure to board the correct bus. Route numbers will be located in the window of all shuttle buses. Shuttle service is available to Web 2.0 Expo attendees only. Registration badge required.
Wheelchair accessible transportation is available during hours of operation. Call 800-523-4046 to arrange for transportation. Please allow 30 minutes for arrival.

BoFs are face-to-face gatherings of those interested in the same projects, topics, and concepts. BoFs are entirely up to you. Check the Birds of a Feather page for previously scheduled BoFs. To moderate a BoF of your own, sign up onsite on the Birds of a Feather Sessions message board, located outside the Main Conference area (Hall 1A) by Materials Pick-Up. No audio-visual equipment or support is available during BoFs.
Web2Open, presented by the PodCamp Foundation, is Web 2.0 Expo’s “unconference”—a free, community-driven event happening at Javits, where you can connect with other participants to discuss Web 2.0 topics and questions. Web2Open is open to all attendees.
We’ll choose five companies to present their new company or product on stage at Web 2.0 Expo New York. Each will have five minutes to present and will receive real-time feedback from a panel of industry experts and the audience.
Quench your thirst with vendor-hosted libations and snacks while you check out all the cool stuff on the Expo Hall floor. This event is open to all attendees.
Wireless connectivity to the Internet will be available throughout the conference areas of the Javits Center.
Try our online personal scheduler to help you plan your time at Web 2.0 Expo New York. Mark the sessions and events you want to attend by clicking on the calendar symbol next to each listing. Then click on "personal schedule" at the top of the page to generate your own customized schedule.
Connect with other conference participants before, during, and after the event via the online Attendee Directory. You can post a public profile and photo of yourself, communicate with other participants, share your Twitter posts, and manage the contacts you make.:

Give your feedback about any session and speaker throughout the conference. Click on the stars in the "Rate this Session" box at the upper right of any program detail page. Scroll to the bottom of any session detail page to leave a public comment about the session and/or speaker, or to post a question.
Presentation files and select video will be made available on http://www.web2summit.com after the session has concluded and the speaker has given us the files (Please note some speakers choose not to share their presentations).
