Richard Moross
CEO and Founder, MOO

Web site

Richard is utterly convinced that design can change the world.

Since graduating in 2000 he has worked in a range of creative businesses in an attempt to prove this, from start-ups to global organizations, before founding MOO in August 2004. Prior to this, Richard was a senior strategist at Imagination, the world’s largest independent design company, where he was responsible for innovation and strategy for some of the world’s leading brands. His past companies also include sorted.com and the BBC and he has had his thoughts on design and innovation published in books, magazines and the web.

MOO is a global online stationer, selling a range of customizable print products to customers in over 150 countries. Their partnerships and integrations with some of the world’s leading online communities including Flickr (Yahoo!), Facebook, Fotolog, Bebo, LiveJournal, Vox, Habbo Hotel and Second Life, enable some 200m end users to turn their photos, or thousands of MOO designs, into custom stationery like greeting cards, stickers and business cards.

MOO is funded by the Accelerator Group, Atlas Venture and Index Ventures.
