Please review the credential requirements below and then fill out the media registration form (login required). Please provide all the requested information and be sure to provide links to recently published work. After you submit the form, you will receive an email message regarding the status of your request, usually within a week. The conference generates enormous media interest, so we appreciate your patience.

To qualify for a complimentary media pass for Web 2.0 Expo, the applicant must cover the industry on a regular basis by writing regular reports or publishing articles on related business or technology issues that are not solicited by an exhibiting company. Private consultants who are paid by an individual company are not eligible for a media pass and should request a pass from the sponsoring company. Also not eligible are financial/financial research analysts, book authors, or contributors to user/community group publications.

An approved media pass allows you entrance to conference keynotes, tutorials, and sessions, and admission to all on-site evening and social events. We will also provide a private working room for the media. If you have special needs, please be sure to indicate your specific requirements at least four weeks before the conference begins.

You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation costs. For hotel and travel information, please visit our hotel information page.
