Kapil leads Web 2.0 initiatives in Cognizant. He has donned various hats at Cognizant, and currently manages high value presentation engineering initiatives that leverage Cognizant’s unique Skills Factory model.

Kapil is responsible for planning, defining and implementing new technology programs at Cognizant. He has worked helping large and small clients alike to leverage the power of emerging technologies. His key experience areas are knowledge management, L10n, i18n, web services and e-marketplaces.

Kapil is a PMI certified Project Management Professional and has spent most of the past year focusing on ways to leverage the power of Web 2.0 technologies to build intuitive and scalable web applications
