Middlespace development is when you include your service users as key team members. It's extremely cost effective and better ensures your product is going to be what the users actually want.
Happy site users can be highly motivated to fill what were once expensive roles. Members can determine product roadmaps, provide market research, act as focus groups, be beta testers, debuggers and QA'ers, market your product, and much more.
